Love for our neighbor, for those in need, and thus also for God's wonderful animal creations on this earth, is inherent in all of our souls. Especially in today's materialistic and materialistic age, many more people are taking responsibility for animals all over the world. Yet, there is more animal suffering than ever before. We, Helga and Helmut, have lived in Italy, specifically in Tuscany, for 28 years, and since then, we have done nothing but care for poor, homeless, abandoned, unwanted, handicapped, sick, and elderly animals, primarily dogs and cats. Over the course of almost three decades, it has become a major project – we are always home to around 200 dogs, 400 cats, 7 horses, 8 donkeys, an ox with his cow-wife and bull calf, many rabbits, chickens, ducks, geese, pigeons, guinea pigs, and birds of all kinds. We are currently at the limits of what is financially possible. Please visit us.   And see for yourself how once-abused animals can live with us.
